Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Atlas Intelligence platform at atlasintelligence.tech ("Atlas", "the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("you", "operator") agree to these Terms.
1. About Atlas
Atlas Intelligence is an AI operations platform owned and operated by us. Atlas is used to manage our own restaurant brands (Pizza Garden, La Ruota Pizzeria, Megabite Pizza) and a small set of partner restaurant operators we onboard individually under a written engagement. Atlas is not a self-serve public sign-up SaaS product. Operator accounts are issued only after a direct onboarding process — there is no public registration form.
2. Eligibility & account
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by us to receive an operator account.
- Operator accounts are issued only to our staff, authorized contractors, and individually onboarded partner restaurant operators.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access at security@atlasintelligence.tech.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Atlas to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
- Attempt to bypass approval gates, audit logging, or rate limits.
- Share Atlas credentials with anyone outside your authorized scope.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access Atlas internals beyond your role.
- Use Atlas to scrape, harvest, or otherwise obtain data from any platform Atlas integrates with (Google, Meta) beyond what those platforms' APIs and our connection scopes permit.
- Use Atlas to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) or violate any applicable anti-spam law (CASL, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR).
4. Operator approval requirement
Atlas's customer-facing actions — review replies, comment replies, DM replies, scheduled posts — are gated behind an operator approval queue. You agree that:
- You will review the actual content of any draft before approving it.
- You are solely responsible for the content of items you approve, even if AI generated the draft.
- You will not configure or operate Atlas to bypass the approval gate.
5. Third-party platforms
Atlas integrates with Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Telnyx, OpenAI, and others. Your use of those integrations is subject to those platforms' terms:

If a third-party platform suspends, rate-limits, or revokes Atlas's access, the corresponding feature may be temporarily unavailable. We will surface this in the Atlas dashboard.
6. Intellectual property
Atlas software, designs, brand marks, and copy belong to us. Operator-authored content (manual posts, reply text edited by an operator) is owned by us. Customer-authored content (reviews, comments, DMs from third parties) belongs to those customers and is processed only as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Atlas is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that Atlas will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible with every third-party platform.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Atlas nor its operators shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlas and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of Atlas in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your operator account at any time, with or without cause. On termination:
- Your access is revoked immediately.
- Audit-logged actions you took remain in our records as required by law and accounting policy.
- OAuth tokens you authorized are revoked at the source platform on request.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
